Biana Mester, EA is a seasoned tax and accounting professional with extensive experience serving clients throughout the tristate area. As a new partner, she brings strong technical expertise and a practical, client‑focused approach to individuals, privately held businesses, corporate clients, and not‑for‑profit organizations.

Known for her ability to truly listen, Biana offers clients a thoughtful, supportive presence while helping them navigate complex financial and business challenges. Her approachable style builds trust, encourages open communication, and strengthens long‑term relationships.

With a commitment to high‑quality service and a passion for understanding each client’s unique goals, Biana blends professionalism with a personal touch that sets her apart within the firm.

An Enrolled Agent licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS, and a graduate of Montclair State University, Biana focuses on Corporation, S Corporation, Partnership, and LLC taxation, as well as individual tax compliance and planning, including complex Form 1040 filings. She also has significant experience with multistate tax matters.

Her background includes extensive public accounting experience and work within a Fortune 200 corporate tax department, where she gained insight into large‑scale tax operations, multistate and federal taxation, payroll tax, compliance, and strategic planning.

In addition to her tax expertise, Biana provides accounting, compilation, review, and audit services across a wide range of industries, including wholesale, mortgage brokerage, franchises, real estate management, manufacturing, service‑based businesses, and small to mid‑size companies.

She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Dedicated to staff development, Biana plays an active role in mentoring and training team members to support technical excellence and exceptional client service.

Outside of work, Biana enjoys spending time with her family and pets and is an enthusiastic sports fan.
